ESPIRA began with breath. The sauna is its natural next room. Twenty minutes of real heat, a walk into cold water, and a nervous system that finally remembers how to let go — it is the breath method, made physical.

The concept is simple: a hand-built sauna mounted on a trailer, towed to the Central Coast's best swimming spots. Panoramic glass facing the water. A proper wood stove. Benches for eight. You sweat, you plunge, you breathe, you repeat.

Blackened-timber shell. A glass rear wall so the benches face the horizon, not a wall. A wood-fired stove sized for proper löyly — steam you can feel in your sternum.
